Dr. Tiffany Perez is a board-certified family physician with a passion for helping patients live healthier, more balanced lives. She is especially passionate about preventive medicine and she takes pride in partnering with patients to create personalized, sustainable treatment plans that fit their real lives. Known for her approachable style and attentive listening, Dr. Perez strives to make every patient feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their care. Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Dr. Perez has always felt a strong connection to her community and values building long-term, trusting relationships with her patients. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Baylor University in Waco, Texas, before completing her medical degree at Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in Auburn, Alabama. She went on to complete her family medicine residency at Oklahoma State University Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. When she is not practicing medicine, Dr. Perez enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. She loves staying active through running, exploring new restaurants around the city, and curling up with a good book. She also enjoys traveling and finding small ways to bring balance and joy into everyday life—values she encourages her patients to embrace as well.
