For nearly 30 years, Dr. Thomas Kay has cared for patients from newborns to centenarians—helping families navigate acute illness, chronic concerns, prevention, and the everyday work of staying well. After seeing medicine practiced around the world through mission work in Romania, Uganda, and Haiti, he began imagining a model that left room for the person behind every chart. Direct Primary Care fit like a glove. Today, Dr. Kay offers patients direct access, prompt attention, and the time to listen closely—so each care plan can be built together, around real life. Outside the office, you can find Dr. Kay spending time with his wife and kids, walking his dogs through Landa, or floating the Comal River.
