Shoheb Ali, MD

Born in Houston, Texas to immigrant parents from Pakistan, Dr. Ali and his siblings were humbled by their parent’s generosity in helping others. Their numerous acts of kindness and the benevolent impact in serving the community influenced his decision to practice medicine. After completing residency in Internal Medicine at Northside Hospital (formerly Gwinnett Medical Center), he practiced medicine as a hospitalist and urgent care physician. Due to the fast-paced environment of healthcare, he felt it challenging to appropriate adequate time with patients. He was fortunate to have been introduced to the direct primary care model early in his career. He believes that HIPnation prioritizes the quality of healthcare delivered, allowing providers to practice medicine in a patient-centric model and reduces the burden of healthcare costs for patients. Outside of medicine, he enjoys spending time with his daughter, and hiking, running, trying new foods, and exploring new places. Dr. Ali sees patients 10 years of age and up.
