Sara Schuster, MD

Hi there! I was born and raised in Littleton, Colorado. I lived for the mountains and grew up skiing, hiking, and soaking up the high-altitude sun! ‍‍ ‍I went to the Colorado School of Mines for my undergrad and received my degree in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering. It was here that I met my wonderful husband, a fellow Colorado native, avid outdoorsman, and proud Mines engineer. ‍‍ ‍I loved engineering, but my passion has always been medicine, and I knew I wanted to head to medical school next! ‍‍ ‍So, I then went on to the University of Colorado School of Medicine. On my second day of medical school, I knew I was meant to be a family physician. I fell in love with the idea of practicing medicine for everyone; old, young, pregnant, seriously ill, completely well, and everyone in-between! I am so proud to be able to grow my passion for preventative care, full scope family medicine, and patient centered care. ‍‍ ‍Outside of medicine I love spending time outside, mogul skiing, backpacking, practicing yoga, and cooking.
