With more than 20 years of distinguished military medical service, Dr. Marilyn Soto, DNP, brings extensive clinical experience, compassionate care, and a longstanding commitment to serving patients and families. Throughout her military healthcare career, she had the privilege of serving at Walter Reed, one of the nation's most prominent military medical institutions, as well as the United States Military Academy at West Point, one of America's most historic and respected military institutions. These assignments provided Dr. Soto with the opportunity to practice within highly respected military healthcare environments while caring for those who serve our nation and their families. Her professional experience extends beyond military medicine and includes community-based healthcare and clinical assignments during the COVID-19 pandemic, further broadening her experience caring for patients across diverse populations and healthcare settings. As a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and experienced healthcare provider, Dr. Soto is dedicated to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care with an emphasis on prevention, early intervention, and long-term wellness. She founded Texas Family Clinica with a vision of creating a welcoming healthcare environment where individuals and families can receive accessible, high-quality care close to home. Her approach combines evidence-based medicine with individualized care, taking the time to understand each patient’s health concerns, goals, and unique needs.
