Mariana Keener, DO

Dr. Mariana Leigh Keener is a board certified family medicine physician. She graduated summa cum laude from Christopher Newport University then went on to obtain her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine (VCOM) in Blacksburg, VA. While at VCOM, she received a distinguished student scholar award in underserved care and student leadership award. She also participated in an international outreach mission trip. She then completed her residency training at VCU affiliated Riverside Regional Medical Center. She is currently also an assistant clinical professor at VCU School of Medicine. She loves being a family medicine physician due to the long-lasting relationships that she develops with her patients. She has special interests in lifestyle and preventative medicine, women’s health, and being able to offer her patients osteopathic medicine. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her dog, Kona, her family, as well as training and running marathons.
