Maria Perdomo-Meza, MD

Dr. Perdomo-Meza is passionate about community medicine and worked at Federally Qualified Health Centers for the past two years before joining HIPnation. She believes in the importance of social determinants of health and strives to provide comprehensive care to her patients, taking time to discuss their dietary and lifestyle habits, work environments, and life stressors. Dr. Perdomo-Meza has a master’s degree in Palliative Medicine from King’s College in London, United Kingdom and is an advocate for goals of care discussions early in life. She provides contraceptive counselling, including IUD and Nexplanon insertion, as well as HIV Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (Prep) counselling. She also performs small in-office procedures, such as joint injections and skin biopsies. When not caring for her patients, Dr. Perdomo-Meza enjoys exercising, travelling, nature, exploring new restaurants and spending time with her daughter, husband, and two cats. Dr. Perdomo welcomes patients of all ages. She speaks English, Spanish, and French.
