Kristin is an experienced family medicine Physician Associate with a passion for whole-person care and helping patients take an active role in their health. Practicing since 2018, including six years in Direct Primary Care, she takes a functional and lifestyle medicine approach to chronic conditions, focusing on identifying root causes and creating personalized, sustainable treatment plans. Currently pursuing certification through the Institute for Functional Medicine, Kristin emphasizes the importance of nutrition, gut health, movement, sleep, and emotional well-being in achieving optimal health. Outside of the practice, Kristin enjoys cooking healthy recipes, taking HIIT classes, walking, and exploring Colorado and traveling abroad with her husband and daughter.
