Dr. Jeremy Smith has worked in healthcare for more than 17 years. He earned his bachelor’s degree at Midwestern State University and his medical degree at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. After completing his residency at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Tyler, he began practicing medicine in Nacogdoches. Raised by incredible parents, and now a husband and father of three himself, Dr. Smith understands what it’s like to care of a family. In 2014 MyMD Select was born and that practice model has allowed him to combine his expertise with genuine care for patients. That vision has expanded across East Texas, allowing thousands of patients to confidently take control of their health. He loves traveling the world watching his favorite soccer teams. Hunting, fishing and farming are also part of his off time.
