Dr. Dorcas Omari is dedicated to empowering her patients through education and preventive care, ensuring they have the resources and support they need to make informed health decisions. She takes time to develop comprehensive care plans that deliver optimal outcomes. Dr. Omari attended medical school at the University of Nairobi, Kenya. She then immigrated to the United States and worked in public health before completing her residency training at Baylor College of Medicine. During residency, Dr. Omari served as Chief Resident and was selected as one of only two Texas Academy of Family Physicians (TAFP) Resident Scholars for 2023–2025. She is known for her organized, efficient approach to patient care and her commitment to helping people of all ages achieve their best health. With a special interest in women’s health, Dr. Omari provides compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each patient’s needs. She values creating a welcoming, inclusive environment for patients from all backgrounds. Outside the clinic, Dr. Omari enjoys spending time with her family.
