Dr. Daniel Swartz MD ("Dr. Dan") is a board certified Family Medicine physician with over twenty years of experience in "cradle to cane" care for multiple generations of families. He's been practicing Direct Primary Care for six years in VA, and recently opened Imago Dei DPC in Zeeland, MI. Imago Dei is latin for "in the image of God." Dr. Dan believes all of his patients have God-given infinite value and worth. He works with them to steward their health throughout all stages of life.
