Damaris Pop, PA-C

Damaris is a physician associate with a passion for serving her community. She takes specific interest in preventive care and strives to work with her patients toward achieving their health goals. Her Romanian roots have influenced her method of care as she values a more holistic approach to healthcare. Damaris is passionate about direct primary care because she also believes in treating the source rather than the symptoms of disease. Direct primary care is an especially appropriate model for these goals. After attaining her Bachelors Degree at Portland State University in Oregon, she transferred to South College in Knoxville, TN, to complete her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies. She enjoys primary care because this field of medicine allows her to build lifelong and meaningful connections with people while working toward their good health. Her dedication to establishing a trusting relationship with patients acts as a catalyst to improving their overall wellbeing. In her spare time, Damaris enjoys traveling with friends and spending time with family. She may often be found with a book in one hand and coffee in the other, never tea. As an Oregon resident, she also takes advantage of the opportunity to explore the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
