Chelsea McDonald, DO

Growing up, I knew that I wanted to be in a profession that helped people and allowed me to form relationships with people in my community. One of my high school teachers, who was a doctor and an ex Army Ranger, piqued my interest in medicine and started me on my road to becoming a doctor. When I was afraid and worried I couldn't do it, my boyfriend (now husband) always pushed me to keep going and to follow my dreams. My favorite part of Remedy (besides the relationships I get to have with my patients, of course!) is the other people that I work with. All of my coworkers are kind, friendly, and always help me out when I have no clue where to find stuff or how to print from my computer. When not at work, I spend much of my free time with my husband and 4 year old son. As you can expect, this means you can almost always find us at the park, splash pad, zoo, or with family. We are a classic car family as well, so we enjoy car shows and auctions. I have two dogs (Myrtle the Basset Hound and Callie the Italian Greyhound) and one cat (Kiki the fat loaf that complains all the time). I also enjoy reading, quilting, and hiding from my son while I eat candy.
