Catherine Batz, DO, is a holistically minded Family Medicine physician and Osteopathic Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine specialist who treats patients of all ages. Her clinical interests include full-spectrum family medicine with an emphasis on women's health, integrative medicine, preventive care and Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMM). Dr. Batz practiced in a traditional hospital-based primary care practice for three valuable years following her training but found herself wanting something more for her and her patients. This led her to Direct Primary Care. Her passion for this model of care stems from a core value that patients deserve a meaningful and connected relationship with their primary care physician. Direct Primary Care supports patients and doctors having the time they need and deserve together to work to optimize a patient’s health. Dr. Batz lives with her husband, John, and adorable dog, Gemma. When she isn’t cheering on the Fighting Irish, she loves to garden, get in a good sweat on her Peloton, experiment with recipes in the kitchen, and most recently has taken up baking sourdough and brewing kombucha.
