Hi, I’m Dr. Cook. I opened my own direct primary care practice in 2021 after working in a large health system. This has allowed me to spend more time with my patients, ensuring they feel seen and heard. I take a personalized, holistic approach, focusing on lifestyle, diet, and mental well-being to prevent diseases early. I’m married with three teenage boys, five dogs, and a cat. I enjoy art, cooking, gardening, and have grown to love sports through my boys. My clinic, a remodeled 1939 house, often feels like a “medical home” to patients.
