A resident of Colorado and Colorado Springs since 1994, the only reason good enough for April to consider living anywhere else was getting her higher education. So, she took a sabbatical from Colorado to get her undergraduate degree in Biology, as well as to get her Master of Science and Physician Assistant degrees – at Baylor College of Medicine in Texas. April has been enjoying practicing medicine in Colorado Springs since her homecoming in 2003. Almost her entire 20+ year career has been spent in Primary Care. Direct Primary Care has been her “home” since early 2020, though – and with Pinnacle since December 2022.
