Dr. Andrew Janicki is a board certified Family Medicine physician. He earned his Bachelor of Science Biomedical Engineering from Texas A&M University in Bryan, Texas and his Doctorate of Medicine from The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. He completed his residency training with the University of Arizona Family Medicine Residency Program in Tucson, Arizona and remained as an assistant professor on their faculty, until he came back to Texas to complete his Integrative and Behavioral Health Fellowship at UTMB. During his fellowship, he became certified in acupuncture by completing a 300-hour course through the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Janicki’s interests include Culinary Medicine, Complementary and Integrative Medicine, and Acupuncture all of which he incorporates into his clinical practice with his patients. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son, rock climbing, playing guitar, traveling and studying languages, and drawing/painting.
