I love caring for patients of all ages, newborns to adults, entire families, and cherish each unique patient relationship. Starting from a solid evidence-based foundation, I use my additional training in integrative medicine, osteopathic principles and practice, and acupuncture to encourage my patients toward their peak wellness. In my free time I can be found biking, hiking, jogging, swimming, paddle boarding, skiing and intermittently triathloning. I am also a beginner swing dancer and live with my family in Falmouth, Maine.
